Professional Experience
Tom Christensen graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to founding C. H. Thomas Search, LLC, he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers for four years as an Audit Senior and then spent the next 11 years working at Koch Industries and ConAgra Foods in various accounting and project management leadership roles.
He entered the executive recruiting industry in 2003 and since then, has developed and refined his executive recruiting skills at both the local and regional/national levels. Over the past 10+ years, he has had the opportunity to work with a wide array of small/mid/large publicly-traded, private industry and not-for-profit companies (across all industries) to help fill critical leadership positions.
Tom combines his Midwest roots, past educational and business experiences, and his passion to truly understand his clients' needs and recruit the best possible candidate in order to achieve success with each placement.
